- Active search for new clients;
- Customer consulting, need analysis, development of long-term cooperation;
- Preparation and administration of offers and contracts;
- Achieving and implementing sales goals;
- Organization of test drives.
- Defecting of cars and administration of related documents;
- Organization of car parking and storage works;
- Maintenance of stored and showroom cars, their equipment and quality check;
- Ensuring compliance with the cleanliness of cars and other established maintenance criteria;
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Employee requirements
- category B driver's license;
- Basic knowledge about cars;
- Computer skills;
- Excellent communication skills, positivity, initiative, responsibility;
- Anticipation and ability to solve emerging problem situations;
- Ability to independently perform assigned work;
- Knowledge of English or Russian would be an advantage.
