Primary responsibilities
- Active sales of used and damaged cars to B2C and B2B customers - from the first contact to the car handover.
- Search for new customers and "cold" contacts, paying special attention to attracting regular B2B buyers and repeat sales.
- Creating, publishing and updating car ads: photos, descriptions, condition, damage, equipment and price relevance.
- Customer consulting, preparing offers, negotiating price and sales terms and active tracking of unfinished transactions.
- Filling in the CRM / sales system, tracking personal KPIs, monitoring market and competitor offers and providing pricing proposals.
What are we hoping for
- Have active sales experience; experience in car sales or the automotive sector is a big advantage.
- You have a good understanding of cars, their main components, equipment, technical condition and damage.
- You are not afraid of active customer search, "cold" calls and know how to establish long-term relationships with B2B customers.
- You are a strong negotiator, result-oriented, able to independently plan your activities and consistently follow up on agreements.
