Nature of work

  • Consult clients and professionally present the cars for sale;
  • Actively carry out used car sales and ensure a smooth sales process from the first contact to the handover of the car to the client;
  • Identify client needs and offer them the most suitable solutions;
  • Organize test drives and ensure high quality customer service;
  • Prepare commercial offers and administer sales documentation;
  • Evaluate cars offered by clients and participate in their buyback processes;
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and actively develop a circle of new clients;
  • Cooperate with other team members to achieve common company goals.

Employee requirements

  • You have successful active sales experience (in the automotive sector - an advantage).
  • You communicate well, are able to build trust-based relationships and conduct negotiations professionally;
  • You are result-oriented, proactive and responsible.
  • You are interested in the automotive market and constantly follow its trends;
  • You have a category B driver's license;
  • You are able to work with a computer and use modern business management systems;
  • Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, good knowledge of English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
