Nature of work
- Active sales of used parts and related services to existing and new customers (by phone, e-mail and live in the service);
- Searching for used parts, selecting them and preparing offers according to customer needs (price vs. quality vs. availability);
- Consulting customers on optimal solutions – when is a used part worth it and when is a new one;
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers (transport companies, services, individual customers);
- Order administration: from inquiry to delivery and invoice;
- Cooperation with the warehouse and service – ensuring fast and accurate movement of parts;
- Management of used parts balances, optimization of supply and realization of “stagnant” parts;
- Working with systems (e.g., Automaster) – order, customer and documentation management;
- Administration of calls and inquiries – fast response, clear answers;
- Market monitoring – prices, competitors, customer needs
- Service quality assurance and customer feedback management.
Employee requirements
- Higher / vocational technical education;
- Experience in the field of automotive parts, service or sales is a great advantage;
- Good knowledge of truck or car operation and parts;
- Understanding of the used parts market (value, condition, pricing logic);
- Experience working with service / warehouse management systems (e.g. Automaster);
- Ability to negotiate, argue and "sell a solution", not just a detail;
- Strong communication skills
- Result and earnings orientation
- Organization and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to work on a shift schedule.
