NEW FACTORY PROJECT MANAGER / TECHNICAL MANAGER

We are building a new factory in Kaunas and are looking for a NEW FACTORY PROJECT MANAGER to lead its implementation – from construction to operational production.

This is a complex project that includes the construction of a BTS building, the installation of automated production lines, the integration of engineering and IT systems, the relocation of existing production and the launch of a new factory.

Upon successful implementation of the project, we foresee the opportunity to move to the position of KODEMA TECHNICAL MANAGER.

You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of the entire new factory project, including:

• Design and construction of the BTS building;
• Plant technological layout;
• Supply, installation and commissioning of production equipment;
• Installation of auxiliary equipment, internal logistics and warehousing systems;
• Installation of engineering systems, infrastructure and administrative premises;
• Integration of ERP, production management and monitoring systems;
• Organization of pilot production and increase in production capacity;
• Transfer of existing production and disposal of redundant equipment.

You will also manage the project budget (CAPEX), deadlines, suppliers, contractors and risks, ensuring a smooth start-up of the factory.

We are looking for a technically strong, independent person, able to make decisions and take responsibility for the result.
We expect you to have:

• higher technical or engineering education;
• experience in managing complex technical, production or investment (CAPEX) projects;
• good understanding of production equipment and industrial infrastructure;
• experience in coordinating the work of contractors and equipment suppliers;
• ability to plan and control the project budget, deadlines and work progress;
• ability to read and evaluate technical drawings, layout diagrams and specifications;
• good knowledge of English.

A big advantage is experience in implementing a new factory, production line or large-scale technological project.
