We are an insurance brokerage firm looking for a motivated New Account Specialist to join our dynamic team!

Nature of work:

  • Active search for new clients;
  • Delivery of insurance products (CMR, TPVCA, cargo insurance, CASCO);
  • Delivery of claims administration products;
  • Cooperation with the sales team, identification of customer needs;
  • Filling in the customer database, preparing reports and maintaining information;
  • Continuous improvement of knowledge about insurance products.

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service is required; experience in the transport sector is an advantage;
  • Ability to quickly absorb information and clearly present products;
  • Orderliness, initiative;
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
