What will you do with us?
- You will be a member of the new product development team, responsible for creating production technological processes and selecting, designing, manufacturing, installing and launching the necessary production equipment in serial production;
- You will become a team leader in projects, adapting existing production lines to new products or configurations of existing products;
- You will create a work/task plan for the equipment installation project and be responsible for its implementation and organize actions by involving colleagues from other teams or departments. You will prepare a time schedule for the equipment installation work plan, and you will ensure its constant monitoring;
- You will ensure quality, production efficiency and production productivity indicators for newly installed products;
- You will take the position of team leader in technical communication with equipment manufacturers and suppliers. You will prepare and coordinate schedules for equipment production, acceptance, and commissioning. You will accept technical equipment documentation;
- You will plan and manage the equipment budget within the scope of the project;
- You will develop and implement production equipment improvement projects;.
- You will prepare technological and production documentation;
- You will analyze discrepancies, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and initiate process improvement.

Salary
€3000-3600/month excluding taxes.
Salary is negotiable and depends on skills.
- Have work experience in implementing new product introduction projects;
- Knowledge of serial production processes (assembly, testing, packaging) and plastic molding technologies (advantage);
- Solve problems using 8D, A3, 5Why, Fish bone, PDCA tools;
- Have experience working with PFMEA tool (advantage);
- Have experience using statistical process analysis tools Cpk, Six Sigma (advantage).
- Use MS planner or similar planning programs;
- Have good written and oral English skills (not lower than B2 level);
- Have excellent computer skills;
- Be responsible, honest, diligent, able to work in a team.
