- TLT PCB, UAB
Nature of work
We are looking for a New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to join our ever-growing TLT factory group in Vilnius. Become a part of our united, strong, winning-minded team and never stop improving!
In the TLT team, we are determined to constantly grow and be at the forefront of manufacturing innovations. What we are creating here, in Vilnius and Molėtai, amazes the whole world. Our modern, 55-hectare high-tech park is equipped with the most advanced automation and robotics equipment, and we promise to rapidly expand our production capacities further. This is where the most complex electronics and plastic ideas are born, turning into real products that change people's lives.
Are you ready to create change? Join us and become part of an extraordinary corporate journey that has no analogues in Lithuania!
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
You will perform technical analysis of new PCB products and assess their manufacturing capabilities (DFM). Based on the product specification, you will form a production route, select the necessary manufacturing processes, assess technological risks, material suitability and compliance with quality and customer requirements.
You will coordinate the introduction of new products into production from initial analysis to approved serial production. You will supervise the progress of the first products in production, identify deviations, make decisions on additional checks, tests or production stoppages in order to ensure high-quality product industrialization.
You will coordinate activities between CAM, process engineering, production, quality, and sales departments, ensuring that all stages of new product introduction are completed on time. In the event of technical uncertainties or risks, you will initiate their resolution and escalate them to responsible persons.
You will document the progress of projects, analyze and collect data on test results, identified risks, production yields, defects and technological limitations. You will prepare NPI reports, provide statistical information and contribute to the development of the plant's technological knowledge base.
WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Higher engineering education (in electronics, mechanics, production or similar fields).
You are communicative and able to cooperate smoothly in an interdisciplinary team (engineering, technology, production, quality, logistics departments).
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you are able to identify the causes of problems and apply data-based solutions.
You have initiative - you yourself notice improvement opportunities and strive for continuous progress.
You are flexible and able to quickly adapt to a dynamic work environment.
English language skills at least B2 level, technical English knowledge.
Good skills in working with MS Office. Experience working with project management systems would be an advantage.
Knowledge of Lean methodologies, statistical analysis and problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Why, FMEA or Six Sigma) would be an advantage.
The ability to read technical documentation (Gerber, drawings, specifications) and interpret PCB production requirements would be considered a great advantage.
OUR OFFER TO YOU:
We take care of emotional and physical well-being, provide additional health insurance that includes psychological consultations.
We celebrate achievements and have fun together during team building events, summer festivals and other important occasions for us.
We offer solid bonuses when participating in the recommendation program.
We reward for long-term work together.
We make you happy with a day off and gifts on your birthday and surprises during various holidays.
We enjoy snacks together.
Salary:
Assessing the candidate's efforts and experience, we offer an attractive salary that matches skills and competence. The salary for this position ranges from 16-22 Eur/hour (2688 - 3696 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.
The employment contract specifies a fixed hourly wage excluding taxes.
