We are looking for a non-life insurance manager to work with our existing individual and legal clients.
What will need to be done?
- Take care of renewals of existing clients' insurance contracts;
- Prepare and coordinate insurance offers;
- Communicate with clients by phone and e-mail;
- Negotiate better conditions for clients;
- Identify additional client needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions;
- Administer and maintain client insurance contracts.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in the insurance field is essential;
- Good knowledge of non-life insurance products;
- Ability to communicate professionally by phone and in writing;
- Smooth and correct communication by e-mail;
- Ability to negotiate and find the best solution for the client;
- Responsibility, diligence and independence;
- Not afraid of calls, communication and additional sales to existing clients;
- Willingness to help the client, learn and grow with the team.
