Nature of work
Planning and conducting non-formal education activities for children, youth or adults in a chosen field of activity. The teacher prepares activity programs, adapts activities to the different needs of participants, encourages their creativity, independence and development. He also takes care of a safe and inclusive environment, monitors the progress of participants, communicates with parents and gets involved in the institution's events and initiatives.
Nature of work and responsibilities
- Conduct regular classes in the chosen field.
- Plan the content of classes and prepare for activities.
- Create a safe, inclusive and motivating learning environment.
- Contribute to the institution's events, projects and community activities.
