Oversized cargo transport manager

Planning and coordination of oversized cargo transportation;
Planning routes of own transport fleet and efficient use of transport;
Search for cargo in order to ensure efficient employment of the transport fleet and reduce empty kilometers;
Calculation of transportation prices and preparation of offers for customers;
Communication with customers, drivers and partners;
Control of loading, unloading and transportation progress;
Operative change of plans and resolution of emerging problems;
Coordination of transport documentation and necessary permits.

Experience in the field of transport or logistics;
Good planning and organizational skills;
Ability to make quick decisions and manage changing situations;
Responsibility, independence and result orientation;
Analytical thinking and ability to effectively plan transport work;
Knowledge of English, other foreign languages - an advantage;
Good computer skills;
Experience in oversized transportation - a great advantage.

+ bonus system.
Fixed salary depends on the candidate's experience and competence. Additionally, a bonus system is applied, linked to the results of the work and transport department.
