We are looking for a proactive and responsible real estate broker who will help us find reliable tenants for residential and commercial properties.
Searching for tenants for residential and commercial properties
Creating and posting advertisements (using the internal system and popular real estate portals)
Receiving inquiries by phone and via other platforms (e.g., email, Facebook, aruodas.lt, etc.)
Showing apartments to potential tenants
Preparing and editing rental documents according to templates

Employee requirements
We expect you to:
Have experience in sales
Able to communicate professionally and clearly
Are responsible, organized and independent
Have good English skills
Have basic Russian
Have a driver's license and own car
