We are looking for a proactive and responsible real estate broker who will help us find reliable tenants for residential and commercial properties.
Tenant search for residential and commercial properties
Showing premises to potential tenants
Coordination of tenant evictions (coordination, documentation, signing of deeds)
Preparation and adjustment of lease documents according to templates

Employee requirements
We expect you to:
Able to communicate professionally and clearly
Responsible, organized and independent
Have good English skills
Have basic Russian
Have a driver's license and own car
Experience in the real estate field would be an advantage
