REAL ESTATE SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Providing economically sound, sustainability-oriented and best-suited solutions in the field of real estate management;
• Carrying out lease purchases, concluding contracts and administering them;
• Purchasing the necessary goods and services, ensuring the quality of the services provided, and controlling the execution of contracts;
• Systematizing and analyzing data on the administered real estate, providing proposals;
• Drawing up a budget, ensuring its execution, analyzing actual deviations;
• Organizing the sale of unnecessary real estate;
• Cooperating with internal departments of the Company, landlords, service providers and other partners in resolving issues related to real estate management.

• Higher education;
• At least 2 years of work experience in real estate management or a related field;
• Skills with MS Office core programs, especially Excel. You are also able to apply modern information technologies;
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work, manage several tasks simultaneously and meet set deadlines;
• Ability to independently analyze information and promptly solve emerging problems;
• Responsibility, initiative, diligence and result orientation;
• Good communication and cooperation skills, ability to work constructively both independently and in a team;
• Category B driver's license.

An advantage would be:

The fixed salary range for the position group is from 2,520 to 3,780 EUR (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
