Nature of work
- Valuation of real estate and/or movable property;
- Communication with clients, construction developers, real estate brokers,
- bank managers, lawyers, responsible employees of other institutions;
- Analysis, accumulation, systematization, and summary of information when preparing property valuation reports.
Employee requirements
- Higher education required;
- Work experience in the field of property valuation is required (assistants an advantage);
- A qualification certificate of a real estate appraiser or an appraiser assistant is required (assistant qualification certificate an advantage);
- Good management and customer communication skills;
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel);
- Accuracy, thoroughness and initiative in performing work;
- Good knowledge of the Lithuanian language.
