What will you do with us?
- You will be the first point of contact for tenants — ensure smooth daily communication, respond to their requests
- You will contribute to the organization of building maintenance: coordinate work, communicate with contractors, follow deadlines.
- You will enter operating cost data into the program, distribute it to tenants.
- You will participate in the acceptance and transfer processes of premises and ensure that documents are in order.
- You will periodically inspect the premises, record any deficiencies observed
- You will contribute to the preparation of annual budgets for the facilities
- You will contribute to the smooth daily operation of the administered facilities and help the team resolve current issues.
Expectations for you:
- Higher education (advantage – in technical, engineering field).
- 1 year of experience in building administration
- Technical curiosity and basic knowledge of building engineering systems
- Experience in cooperation with clients, contractors and other partners
- English language (B1).
- Driver's license.
