✔ Working with real estate sales and rentals
✔ Communication with clients, analysis of their needs
✔ Search for new clients and maintaining relationships
✔ Presentation of real estate objects and organization of inspections
✔ Negotiations and closing deals
✔ Creation and development of a personal client portfolio
