Seeing the market prospects, we are currently looking for a residential real estate broker in Šiauliai, responsible for the smooth organization of residential real estate transactions, active growth of the client portfolio and maintaining relations with them.

Nature of work:
- help clients sell, buy or rent their real estate;
- analyze real estate market data, present the market situation, its trends and future prospects to clients;
- to see the most attractive aspects of real estate objects and effectively present them to potential clients;
- to organize negotiations, and then to properly formalize their results in contracts;
- actively grow the portfolio of clients, take care of them sincerely and develop long-term partnership-oriented relationships;
- cooperate with colleagues and external partners for the smooth organization of transactions.
Our expectations for a new team member:
- you like the field of real estate, have a sincere desire to grow in it and become a professional advisor;
- has high internal motivation and attitude that everything is possible;
- take care of clients' real estate issues as if they were their own;
- previous sales, process management or customer service experience is an advantage. But if it is not there - we will teach you;
- you are active, work quickly and are result-oriented.
