As a real estate broker, you will:

• constantly communicate with many people and discover new acquaintances;
• help your clients purchase their dream home or sell or rent out their existing real estate;
• negotiate, seek solutions and participate in concluding purchase, sale and rental transactions;
• constantly monitor and analyze the real estate market;
• be in a dynamic environment.

The activity of a real estate broker allows you to earn income that significantly exceeds the average of sellers in other fields. The amount of remuneration will be determined by your individual efforts and initiative. This is not a hired job from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a fixed salary, it is your personal business, which you will create using proven training, business systems and team support. A cooperation agreement is concluded with selected candidates.

• Perseverance and diligence will help you get started in this activity faster;
• Determination and courage will allow you to achieve your goals;
• Curiosity will help you solve many professional issues;
• Responsibility and self-discipline will help you not to lose motivation to act;
• Representativeness and understanding of ethics will be useful when communicating with clients and colleagues;
• Experience in telemarketing, customer service, sales can be an advantage, but we have successful brokers from other fields;
• A driver's license and a car are required.
