Currently, for our client Pro Kapital group of companies, we are looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager who will work with the sales of premium segment real estate objects and ensure the best response to client needs and directly contribute to the marketing and communication strategy and implementation, helping to ensure a smooth sales process.

Primary responsibilities
- Sales of premium segment residential real estate projects and client
- Understanding client needs, presenting individual solutions and building long-term trust-based
- Coordination of the client's journey from the first contact, project presentation and reservation to signing a notarial
- Ensuring the highest level of customer experience when working with the premium segment audience.
- Working with inbound inquiries, waiting customer flow and active sales
- Initiating, coordinating and monitoring marketing and communication tools in cooperation with design and marketing partners.
- Developing project representation tools, sales stories and communication ideas.
- Cooperating with the internal team to achieve common sales goals.
- If necessary, working with commercial real estate rental projects.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales experience working with premium segment clients, luxury goods or high-value products/services.
- Real estate sales experience would be an advantage, but the most important thing is the ability to work professionally with clients with high standards.
- Ability to build an equal, delicate and trust-based relationship with the client.
- Strong communicator, able to listen, navigate in complex situations and represent the premium segment.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship building skills.
- Tact, diplomacy and professionalism even in sensitive or uncomfortable situations.
- Knowledge of marketing and communication principles, ability to contribute ideas and coordinate the creation of representational tools.
- Excellent knowledge of English and impeccable Lithuanian.
