You will be responsible for
- Territorial planning: Management of the processes of preparing and changing detailed and general plans, supervision of land plot change and formation-reorganization projects.
- Legal document management: Independent preparation, analysis, coordination and risk assessment of all types of contracts (contract, design, joint activities, purchase and sale, preliminary).
- Representation and representation of the company's interests in state institutions.
- Management of the processes of obtaining construction permits (SLD), control of coordination of project proposals and technical projects.
- Purchases and tendering: Legal and managerial supervision of tenders of contractors and designers, conducting negotiations on the essential terms of the contract.
- Strategic project management: Formation of a real estate project development strategy, preparation of risk management plans, control of deadlines and legal requirements at all stages of the project.
We hope you
- Education: Higher university legal education (Bachelor/Master of Laws) is a prerequisite.
- At least 3 years of successful work experience in the field of real estate development, construction law or territorial planning.
- In-depth knowledge of the Law on Construction of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Territorial Planning, the Law on Land and related by-laws.
- Practical experience in working with territorial planning documents and coordination procedures.
- Ability to independently resolve complex legal disputes/issues with supervisory authorities.
- Personal qualities: strategic thinking, strong argumentation and negotiation skills, diplomacy, ability to work in conditions of high uncertainty and take personal responsibility for decisions.
- Languages: Excellent legal Lithuanian; knowledge of English (at a professional level) is considered a great advantage.
