Main responsibilities:
- Organization of tenders for service providers, preparation of technical conditions and other documents;
- Analysis of the condition, risk, costs, energy efficiency of buildings and submission of proposals for improving the condition;
- Planning and coordination of repair and maintenance work of managed assets;
- Administration and operation of real estate in accordance with the requirements of legal acts (building, engineering systems), organization of emergency and fault elimination works;
- Identification of client needs and ensuring implementation;
- Taking over real estate objects from contractors.
- Ensuring the quality of work of service providers, control of contract execution, documentation management;
- Budget planning, cost tracking, submission of execution reports;
- Preparation and submission of reports to the manager.
Requirements:
- Higher university degree in engineering or equivalent;
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of real estate operation - in the areas of maintenance and/or repair of buildings, engineering systems;
- Knowledge of legal acts regulating construction and building maintenance;
- Customer and result orientation;
- Excellent time and project planning and work organization skills;
- Knowledge of public procurement procedures (advantage);
- Strategic thinking and ability to analytically evaluate activities;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of the Lithuanian language (ability to consistently and logically present thoughts orally and in writing);
- Impeccable professional and personal reputation;
- Driver's license (category B).
