Your role in the company: ensuring the efficient use of real estate.
Main responsibilities:
- Management of the company's real estate (hereinafter referred to as real estate), effective use and ensuring commercial benefits;
- Analysis of development opportunities for existing or potential objects, preparation of implementation plans, creation of a real estate project concept, preparation of a business plan, presentation to managers;
- Search for solutions to problematic objects, coordination of issues and cooperation with institutions and other interested parties;
- Initiation, organization, supervision of land plot formation, preparation of territorial planning documents, lease and cadastral document administration processes;
- Organization of tenders for the lease of real estate and purchase and sale of real estate and other property owned by the company, coordination of contract signing;
- Management of lease agreements, search for potential tenants, maintenance of relations with existing tenants, conducting negotiations, conclusion of contracts, rewriting;
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- At least 5 years of work experience in the fields of real estate development, management, leasing or maintenance;
- At least 5 years of project management experience;
- Knowledge of legal acts regulating real estate management, development, and territorial planning;
- Knowledge of the principles of sale, leasing and development of real estate (buildings, premises and land plots);
- Proficient Excel user.
- Ability to read and prepare legal documents;
- Lithuanian – native speaker (excellent clerical skills);
- Knowledge of public procurement procedures (advantage);
- Strategic thinking and ability to analytically assess activities;
- Excellent time planning, work organization and negotiation skills;
- Impeccable professional and personal reputation.
