We invite a REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT GROUP MANAGER to join the Asset Management team and find not only a space to grow, but also a community that supports and inspires you to strive for more.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Organization and coordination of the Group's activities, implementation of goals and budget planning and effective management;
  • Ensuring and controlling the operation of building maintenance, repair and engineering systems (heating, electricity, ventilation, etc.);
  • Analysis of the use of economic resources (heat, electricity, water, etc.) and initiation of cost optimization solutions;
  • Real estate management: initiation of rental decisions, analysis of premises occupancy and supervision of suppliers;
  • Organization of public procurement and participation in them (planning, preparation of specifications, ensuring procedures);
  • Ensuring smooth daily economic activities and compliance with legal acts, safety, environmental protection and other regulatory requirements.

We hope you will have:

  • Higher education in the fields of construction, engineering systems or property management - an advantage;
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the field of construction, engineering systems or real estate maintenance / management and management experience;
  • Good MS Office skills ("Word", "Excel", "PowerPoint", "Outlook") and experience working with the VTIPS system;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (verbal and written), English language proficiency - an advantage;
  • Experience in project management and technical competencies (maintenance of heating and hot water systems, HVAC, plumbing knowledge or relevant certificates - an advantage);
  • Strong communication, argumentation, analytical and organizational skills, the ability to plan, manage processes and ensure quality results;
  • The ability to effectively organize the work of a team, motivate it and focus on performance results.

Salary for this position: from 2800 to 3400 Eur/month. (excluding taxes, depending on experience and competencies) + bonuses depending on performance results.
