About the position:
We are looking for an experienced and independent director to manage and develop a multi-purpose real estate portfolio of over 100,000 m².
This is a position for someone who is able to identify investment opportunities, implement new projects, increase the value of real estate and ensure effective management of existing properties.

Your responsibilities:
- NT investments: search for new objects, economic evaluation, acquisition negotiations and organization of asset takeover.
- NT development: initiation of new projects, organization and control of construction, reconstruction and repair works.
- Commercialization: marketing of objects, advertising, search for tenants, negotiations and increasing rental income.
- Existing portfolio management: ensuring rental, operation, technical maintenance, budgets and asset profitability.
- Leadership: organization of the work of the team, contractors and partners, responsibility for project deadlines and financial results.
What do we expect?
- Experience in real estate management, development, investment or construction.
- Strong business and financial thinking, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Independence, initiative and ability to take responsibility for results.
- Leadership experience and category B driver's license.
