- Performreal estate valuation work in accordance with the legal acts regulating property valuation;
- Performquality control of prepared property valuation reports;
- Collect, systemize, and analyzereal estate market data, provide information and consultations on the real estate market;
- Improve your professional skills while working in a team of colleagues with extensive professional experience.
We expect you to have:
- A qualification certificate as a real estate appraiser or appraiser assistant;
- Higher university education;
- Knowledge of legislation regulating property valuation and international valuation standards;
- Good skills in analyzing property market data and the ability to apply real estate valuation methods in practice;
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-changing, demanding environment;
- Good English language skills (written and spoken).
