Join the KPMG team and become an important part of the commercial real estate valuation and advisory services. In this position, you will be responsible for managing real estate valuation projects, advising corporate and institutional clients, and contributing to the development of KPMG's commercial real estate services in Lithuania.
Join KPMG and:
· Lead and coordinate commercial real estate valuation projects for financial reporting, transactions, financing decisions, tax issues, strategic planning and internal decision-making.
· Develop valuation models and high-quality reports for office, retail, industrial, logistics, mixed-use and specialty real estate properties.
· Analyze market trends, investment performance, lease terms, cash flows, capitalization and discount rates and changes in real estate portfolios.
· Evaluate and critically review valuation assumptions to ensure compliance with applicable valuation standards.
· Actively contribute to the development of KPMG’s commercial real estate services in Lithuania: identify market opportunities, strengthen client relationships, support expert content initiatives and help establish KPMG as a trusted commercial real estate valuation partner in the market.
· Develop valuation models and high-quality reports for office, retail, industrial, logistics, mixed-use and specialty real estate properties.

· Actively contribute to the development of KPMG’s commercial real estate services in Lithuania: identify market opportunities, strengthen client relationships, support expert content initiatives and help establish KPMG as a trusted commercial real estate valuation partner in the market.
We hope you:
· You have at least 2 years of experience in the field of commercial real estate valuation and a valid qualification certificate as an assistant real estate valuer or valuer.
· You are well versed in commercial real estate valuation methodologies and financial modeling principles.
· You have experience working with clients and managing projects.
· You are entrepreneurial and interested in developing customer relationships and services.
· You are proficient in Excel and have strong financial modeling skills.
· You are able to effectively communicate and manage relationships with stakeholders in Lithuanian and English.
· RICS, CFA or equivalent qualification (acquired or seeking to acquire) would be an advantage.
· You are well versed in commercial real estate valuation methodologies and financial modeling principles.
· You have experience working with clients and managing projects.
· You are entrepreneurial and interested in developing customer relationships and services.
· You are proficient in Excel and have strong financial modeling skills.
· You are able to effectively communicate and manage relationships with stakeholders in Lithuanian and English.
