We are looking for a strategically thinking and results-oriented manager who would take responsibility for the development of the company's real estate portfolio and the implementation of investment projects. In this position, you will be responsible for plot and project analysis, coordination of detailed plans and building permit processes, increasing asset value, generating income from a high-value property portfolio, and effective management of real estate development projects.
Main responsibilities:
Management of the company's existing and newly developed real estate portfolio and coordination of development projects in Lithuania.
Search for real estate objects and plots suitable for retail trade, their analysis and assessment of acquisition opportunities.
Organization and control of real estate acquisition, sale and lease processes.
Coordination of detailed planning, design, preparation of project proposals, obtaining construction permits and other development processes.
Organization and management of small-scale construction, reconstruction and repair projects of commercial buildings and premises.
Selection, negotiations, coordination of work and control of execution of contractors, designers and other partners.
Planning of investment project budgets, cost control and ensuring project deadlines.
Administration of utility and other economic service contracts, optimization and control of operating costs.
Organization and supervision of technical operation of the company's managed assets (ensuring the operation of refrigeration, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and other engineering systems).
Team planning, development, motivation and ensuring results.

We hope you:
You have a higher education (preferably in construction, real estate, engineering, architecture, management or other related field).
You have accumulated at least 5 years of managerial work experience in the field of real estate development, project management, construction or investment projects.
You have practical experience in coordinating real estate development projects - from plot or object analysis to obtaining construction permits and project implementation.
You are familiar with territorial planning, design and construction processes and the requirements of Lithuanian legal acts.
You are able to analyze investment projects, plan budgets, manage costs and ensure compliance with project deadlines.
You have excellent negotiation and cooperation skills when working with contractors, designers, partners and state institutions.
You are result-oriented, able to make decisions, take responsibility and lead a team.
You have accumulated at least 5 years of managerial work experience in the field of real estate development, project management, construction or investment projects.
