About the association:

The Chamber of Insolvency Administrators is a dynamic and constantly developing organization that plays an important role in Lithuania, ensuring the highest professional and legal standards in the field of insolvency administration. Our team is made up of people who share the goal of creating a safe, transparent and responsible environment for the interests of both professionals and the public. We invite a Manager to join us who will be able not only to organize daily activities, but also to be a leader, shaping future directions and solutions that have a real impact on the insolvency administration sector.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the daily operations of the Chamber of Insolvency Administrators, ensuring that our team and all processes operate smoothly and to the highest standards.
  • You will lead the organization of the general meeting of members, coordinate work with the presidium and members of the chamber, ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
  • You will be responsible for the finances of the chamber, including accounting for income and expenses and management and use of assets.
  • You will sign important documents, contracts and reports, take care of the chamber's legal obligations and settlements with partners.
  • You will represent the organization both in state authorities and in courts and in other important negotiations, being the voice and partner of the chamber.
  • You will work with the team, ensuring that everyone complies with internal rules, legislation and high quality standards.

What we expect from you:

  • Higher education (in law, economics, business or similar fields);
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role, experience in public sector or association management would be an advantage;
  • Ability to effectively organize and lead a team, make responsible decisions and ensure performance results;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Experience working in an environment where it is important to comply with legal acts and ensure quality standards.
