Responsibilities:
- Help shape and implement Neopay's strategy, ensuring sustainable revenue and customer growth.
- Take full responsibility for product, sales, partnership and operational performance.
- Ensure clear product development direction, prioritization and timely delivery of functionalities to the market.
- Organize close cooperation between product, sales, customer service, IT and other teams.
- Develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies for different customer segments.
- Actively communicate with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop strategic partnerships with banks, fintech, merchants and other market participants.
- Form a data-driven performance management culture by setting clear KPIs and regularly assessing results.
- Develop a team of managers and specialists, strengthening a culture of responsibility, initiative and cooperation.
- Ensure operational efficiency, budget control and profitable growth.
- Represent Neopay business in the market, conferences, partner meetings and strategic negotiations.
- Initiate and implement expansion into new markets.

- At least 3 years of leadership experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, e-commerce or financial services sectors.
- Experience in managing not only product but also commercial results (sales, customer growth, revenue).
- Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Experience in working with B2B customers and strategic partnerships.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer service, operations).
Technical and business competencies
- Good knowledge of payments market, Open Banking and PSD2 regulation.
- Understanding of credit transfers, payment initiation and account information services.
- Ability to assess product investment priorities based on business returns.
- Ability to make decisions based on data and financial indicators.
- Strong understanding of customer needs analysis and product positioning.
