Nature of work:
- Ensures the preparation and maintenance of information on products sold in Nespresso physical stores using business management systems (Dynamics/Axapta/Dineta), including product cards, pricing, balance buffers;
- Communicates with B2B customers and is responsible for sales administration: accepting orders, entering them into the system, supervising logistics and payments, monitoring balances, ensuring appropriate pricing;
- Close cooperation with retail, marketing, warehouse, supply, accounting and IT departments;
- Prepares various reports in an appropriate and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent computer and MS Office (especially Excel) skills;
- Good English language skills (at least B2 level);
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, diligence, responsibility, ability to solve problems.
- Work experience in retail, sales, commerce;
- Product and pricing management skills would be an advantage;
- Higher education;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team and collaborate;
- Ability to prioritize and plan your time.
