Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Manager to the Artea bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- Analyze customer claims, including claims for illegal transactions, look for the most appropriate solution to the situation;
- In accordance with international Mastercard rules, initiate chargeback procedures, analyze and evaluate documents received from Mastercard;
- In compliance with the rules of clerical work, you will prepare responses to claims from clients and supervisory authorities;
- Taking into account the content of the received claims, you will provide proposals to the responsible Bank departments for making the necessary changes in order to ensure the efficiency of processes and a good customer experience.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Higher / post-secondary education;
- Similar work experience or experience in the financial sector will be considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of clerical work rules, ability to communicate fluently and with reason in Lithuanian and English;
- Experience working with Mastercom (Mastercard dispute management platform) will be considered an advantage;
- Good conflict management skills;
- Logical and analytical thinking, ability to react quickly and make decisions, and absorb new information;
- A clear and consistent adherence to a risk and compliance culture – the ability to integrate risk and compliance principles into decisions, ensuring transparent, reliable and sustainable operations.
