New Business Acquisition Manager

We are looking for someone who opens doors that have never been opened before.

Vilnius Grand Resort is one of Lithuania's largest leisure and business
event destinations, combining a hotel, restaurants, conference and event
venues, a SPA and a golf course in one place. We are now looking for a New
Business Acquisition Manager to bring us new markets and clients we have not
worked with yet.

What you will do

• Identify new markets and segments: local and international corporate
  

clients, government and public sector events, incentive travel,
international events, sports camps, golf, wellness tourism and other
opportunities.

• Proactively prospect and establish first contact with potential
  

clients.

• Present the resort, prepare commercial proposals and negotiate through
  

to the first signed contract.

• Build relationships with corporate clients, tour operators, DMCs, event
  

agencies, associations and government institutions.

• Represent the resort at trade fairs, business events and meetings in
  

Lithuania and abroad.

• Hand over acquired clients to our sales and business development teams
  

according to an agreed process.

• Report monthly to the General Manager on results and new opportunities.

• At least 3 years or more of B2B sales or business development
  

experience, ideally in hospitality, events, tourism or services.

• A proven track record of winning new clients, not only managing
  

existing ones.

• Fluent Lithuanian and English; other language are a plus.
  
• Ability to work independently, plan your own work and deliver
  

measurable results.

• Strong negotiation skills and confidence when dealing with senior
  

decision-makers.

• Willingness to travel across Lithuania and abroad.
  
• Experience with public procurement processes is a plus.
  
• An existing network in MICE, corporate events or tourism is a strong
  

advantage.

3500-4500 €/mon. gross
Final salary depends on performance-based bonuses.
