What you'll do

• Accurately and promptly administer product, supplier, and contract information in internal systems
  
• Actively collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient information sharing and process synchronization
  
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Baltic region
  
• Independently execute various administrative tasks assigned by the department head
  
• Work both independently and within a team, driving key department KPIs to ensure overall operational efficiency
  

About you

• Higher education degree
  
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
  
• Experience in data administration, entry, or analysis - advantage
  
• Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel (experience with Google Sheets is a plus)
  
• Work experience in retail or administration - advantage
  
• High level of responsibility, thoroughness, and attention to detail
