Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the administration, effective use and maintenance of LTG Group real estate
- Formulate and implement the LTG Group's low-value asset (furniture and other inventory) management strategy and organize its administration
- Initiate procurement, prepare technical specifications and ensure procurement process management
- Organize and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, manage requests and ensure timely execution of tasks
- Plan and manage the budget of the department's activities and services provided, ensure efficient use of financial resources
- Lead the team, set operational priorities, ensure employee development and achievement of performance results
- Coordinate activities between LTG Group companies, ensure smooth cooperation and implementation of common goals
- Analyze operational processes and make proposals for increasing the efficiency of real estate and related services management
- Ensure compliance with legal acts, internal procedures and quality requirements in the areas administered
What do we expect?
- Higher education
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of real estate administration and (or) building operation (FM)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP)
- Fluent Lithuanian and English language skills at least B1 level
- Experience in managing building and territory cleaning services (advantage)
