Main responsibilities:
EXÁNT is looking for a Real Estate Analyst to join our growing real estate development team. We are looking for someone who thinks analytically, is able to see the bigger picture, is not afraid to ask questions and look for the best solutions.
- Preparation of real estate market reviews, data systematization, preparation and presentation of reports;
- Evaluation and determination of real estate market prices for newly developed projects;
- Analysis of the financial part of real estate projects;
- Development of business models (according to standard forms) and modeling of their different scenarios;
- Calculation and analysis of the financial part of business models;
- Analysis of financing models.
What do we expect from you:
- You have a higher education in finance, economics, business management, real estate or a similar field;
- You have at least 1 year of experience in finance, real estate analytics or a related field;
- You have good analytical and numerical skills;
- You are able to systematize and analyze information and notice essential points;
- You work well with MS Excel;
- You are meticulous, attentive to details and have logical thinking;
- You are able to present the results of the analysis and argue your conclusions.
