✔ Working with real estate sales and rentals
✔ Communicating with clients, analyzing their needs
✔ Finding new clients and maintaining relationships
✔ Presenting real estate properties and organizing inspections
✔ Negotiating and closing deals
✔ Creating and developing a personal client portfolio

Requirements for the employee:

Experience in the field of real estate is an advantage, but not necessary.

• Starting brokers usually earn: €1,500–3,000
