Nature of work
- Organization and coordination of real estate transactions (sale, purchase, lease);
- Representation of clients' interests throughout the process;
- Search for new clients, maintenance of existing clients and development of long-term relationships;
- Market analysis and determination of real estate value;
- Preparation of contracts and documentation for the transaction;
- Participation in notarial transactions.
Requirements
- Communicative, persistent and presentable;
- Responsibility, high standards for oneself and work;
- Orientation towards high goals, discipline, desire to stand out;
- Continuous improvement, interest in the real estate market and ability to apply knowledge in practice;
- Good computer literacy;
- Experience in sales, telemarketing or service business would be an advantage;
- Own computer, car and valid driver's license.
