- Organization and coordination of real estate transactions (sale, purchase, lease);
- Market analysis and determination of real estate value;
- Search for new clients, maintenance of existing clients and development of long-term relationships;
- Representation of clients' interests throughout the process;
- Preparation of contracts and documentation for the transaction;
- Participation in notarial transactions.
Requirements
- Communicative, persistent and representative;
- Responsibility, high standards for oneself and work;
- Orientation towards high goals, discipline, desire to stand out;
- Continuous improvement, interest in the real estate market and ability to apply knowledge in practice;
- Experience in sales or service business (advantage);
