We are looking for an experienced real estate energy professional who will be responsible for energy solutions for the company's real estate portfolio - from strategic energy resource management and infrastructure planning to the implementation of innovative energy projects.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the energy strategy of the company's real estate portfolio.
- Analyze and optimize the consumption and costs of electricity, gas, water, heat and other energy resources.
- Organize the purchase of energy resources and manage relations with suppliers.
- Coordinate the integration of building management systems, initiate and implement automation and other digital solutions that increase the efficiency of facility management and operation.
- Initiate and implement solar power plants, energy storage systems, electric vehicle charging infrastructure and other energy efficiency projects.
- Plan and ensure the provision of future real estate projects with the necessary energy resources, providing sufficient capacity and their effective distribution between buildings.
- Coordinate the work of designers, contractors and other partners in the energy field.
- Manage the real estate operations engineer and organize technical maintenance of existing facilities.
Expectations for you:
- Has a higher education in energy, engineering or another related field.
- Has at least 5 years of experience in the field of energy, engineering systems or commercial real estate (an advantage is experience in warehousing or industrial facilities).
- Knowledge of building engineering systems and energy infrastructure.
- Has experience in implementing energy or engineering projects and coordinating external partners.
- Able to make technical and economic decisions, work independently and are result-oriented.
- Good command of English.
- Has a category B driver's license.
