Responsibilities:
- Manage energy resources (electricity, water, gas, etc.) in existing projects, prepare calculations and technical specifications for future projects
- Ensure the quality of operation of building engineering and energy systems, control the work of contractors, operation and maintenance companies and the fulfillment of contractual obligations
- Evaluate engineering and energy design solutions for new buildings prepared by designers, provide suggestions, comments, supervise their implementation
- Ensure compliance of buildings with energy, technical and safety requirements, participate in network and equipment testing
- Organize defect detection of new objects, participate in the acceptance, warranty maintenance and commissioning processes of new buildings
- Manage warranty maintenance engineer, consult colleagues on technical issues
- Administration of existing solar power plants and development of new ones
- Optimization of building management systems (BMS)
Expectations for you:
- Higher engineering education (energy, electrical engineering, engineering systems, etc.)
- Experience in the field of energy, building engineering systems or real estate operation
- Good knowledge of building engineering systems (electricity, HVAC, automation, etc.) and renewable energy solutions
- Ability to analyze data, develop technical solutions
- Initiative, responsibility, ability to make independent decisions
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Auto Cad viewer, Outlook, etc.).
- English (B1 level).
- Driver's license (category B).
