It is obvious that behind each space there are customers, contracts, settlements and numerous financial processes. As their rental portfolio grows, we are looking for a real estate finance and accounting specialist who would contribute to the smooth management of financial and accounting processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- You will manage the financial processes of a growing rental portfolio – from accounts to customer settlement control.
- You will oversee the administration of customer and supplier debts and perform settlement reconciliations.
- You will prepare and administer sales and rental invoices.
- You will register purchase documents and maintain primary accounting data.
- You will prepare primary accounting documents and reports that will help the team see the situation and make decisions.
- You will work with an automated internal system that helps to manage daily processes more efficiently.
- You will cooperate with the finance manager, accountants and other colleagues to improve accounting processes.

WE HOPE YOU:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the field of finance/accounting.
- You have a solid financial background and are able to navigate accounting processes.
- You are able to communicate in Polish and English in writing (we would consider it an advantage, but not a necessity).
- You want to develop your competencies in the field of real estate finance.
- You want to work in an environment where your knowledge and initiative are noticeable.
