Your main tasks will be:
- Prepare and maintain financial models for real estate projects.
- Analyze investment returns, project profitability and risks.
- Model various development scenarios and sensitivity analyses.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Evaluate acquisition opportunities for plots and investment objects.
- Analyze real estate market data and the competitive environment.
- Prepare reports for management, investors and financial partners.
- Participate in financing attraction processes and cooperate with banks.
Requirements
- Higher education in finance, economics, business or related field.
- Ability to professionally manage Excel and financial modeling principles.
- Ability to interpret data and turn it into business insights.
- Diligence, structured and result-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
