REAL ESTATE CUSTOMER SEARCH MANAGER

I am looking for 2-3 people to work in the real estate field.

The main task is to make cold calls, communicate with people and find those who are selling or planning to sell real estate: a house, apartment, plot or other real estate object.

Your job is to find a potential client. I will take care of the entire further process:

• I go to the object;
• I communicate with the owner;
• I sign a brokerage agreement;
• I organize the sale of the object;
• I conduct negotiations;
• I arrange documents.

REWARD FOR THE RESULT:

• 20% of the €300 administration fee – that is €60 for each brokerage agreement signed with the client you find.
• An additional 20% of my earned commission when the object is successfully sold.

For example, if the commission for a sold property was €2,000, your share would be €400. If the commission is higher, your earnings will be higher.

EARNING POTENTIAL:

For example, if you find 5 people per week with whom you sign brokerage contracts, your share of the administration fees alone would be €300. In addition, 20% of the commission is added when the properties are successfully sold.

The work is remote, so you can call from home. Working hours can be organized flexibly.

Earnings depend on your activity and the results achieved - the more quality calls and conversations you have, the more opportunities you have to find people who want to sell.

Experience in real estate is not necessary.

I am looking for someone who:

• is sociable and easy to communicate on the phone;
• is not afraid of cold calls;
• is active and independent;
• is able to accept a negative answer and continue calling;
• is result-oriented and wants to earn from the results achieved.

The most important thing is the desire to actually call and look for potential clients.
