REAL ESTATE RENTAL ADMINISTRATOR

This is more than administrative work - we are looking for someone who is able to build relationships with clients, solve situations, and contribute to the development of the platform.

I will administer long-term rental real estate objects
I will communicate with tenants and real estate owners
I will coordinate the resolution of current issues and faults
I will organize inspections of objects
You will oversee contracts, documentation and payment control
You will look for new clients and rental objects
You will build long-term relationships with clients
You will contribute to the growth of the platform and improve the customer experience

You are proactive, responsible and able to work independently
You like communication and are able to solve non-standard situations
You have good organizational and negotiation skills
You are focused on results and quality customer service
You are able to work with a computer and quickly understand systems
You have a category B driver's license
Experience in real estate or sales is a great advantage
