Nature of work:
- Customer service;
- Negotiations, sale of company objects;
- Organization of sales processes, preparation and administration of contracts;
- Preparation of objects for sale;
- Analysis of the competitive environment.
We hope:
- Excellent planning, organizing, negotiating and communication skills, task and problem solving skills;
- Impeccable Lithuanian and good knowledge of English;
- Strategic thinking, result-oriented;
- Experience in real estate sales and/or rental would be an advantage.
