REALL is a growing real estate agency operating throughout Lithuania. We sell apartments, houses, plots and homesteads, and most of our properties are located in Kaunas and surrounding cities.
We are not looking for an administrator or just someone who would simply answer the phone. We are looking for a responsible and independent team member who will become the first contact for our clients, advise them on properties for sale, organize inspections and help ensure a smooth real estate sales process.
What will you need to do?
This is not a standard job from 8:00 to 17:00. Clients often want to view properties after their working hours, so some meetings will take place in the evenings, and you will need to work every other weekend. In return, we give you a lot of freedom to plan your day independently - one day you may have to work longer, another day you will finish work earlier. Therefore, we are looking for someone who does not need constant control and who responsibly adheres to agreements.

- Respond to incoming client calls regarding properties for sale.
- Consult buyers about the property for sale.
- Independently organize and go to inspections in Kaunas and surrounding cities - usually in Jonava, Kėdainiai, Marijampolė and other nearby regions, and sometimes to more distant properties.
- Keep in touch with clients after inspections.
- If necessary, allow appraisers, surveyors or other specialists to enter real estate properties for sale.
- Work with the team and ensure quality customer service.

What do we expect from you?
- B category driver's license.
- Own a car.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English at least B1 level so that you can independently communicate with foreign clients.
- Basics of Russian would be an advantage.
- Responsibility, punctuality and initiative.
- Ability to independently plan your working day.
- Ability to quickly learn and memorize information about different objects.
Experience in real estate sales or construction would be a great advantage. However, experience is not necessary if you have strong motivation, learn quickly and are not afraid to take responsibility. We will introduce you to the work processes, systems used and all the necessary real estate specifics.
