The company is expanding and invites a Real Estate Sales Manager to join its team, who will be responsible for a smooth sales process and the highest quality customer experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Active sales of real estate objects, work with customer flows generated by the company
  • Customer consulting, clarification of needs and building long-term relationships
  • Organization of individual inspections, open days and presentation of objects (in the office or in developed projects)
  • Negotiations, coordination of sales conditions and coordination of the entire transaction process
  • Sales process administration in the CRM system and achieving results
  • Market monitoring and involvement in the development process of new projects
  • Representation of the company at real estate events and maintaining relations with customers and partners

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate, sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Result-oriented, independent and responsible
  • Time management skills, ability to work on several tasks at once
  • Driver's license and own car
