The company is expanding and invites a Real Estate Sales Manager to join its team, who is able to build a relationship based on trust with clients, work systematically and ensure a smooth sales process from the first contact to the transaction.

The company is expanding and invites a Real Estate Sales Manager to join its team, who is able to build a relationship based on trust with clients, work systematically and ensure a smooth sales process from the first contact to the transaction.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Active sales of real estate objects, work with customer flows generated by the company
- Consulting customers, clarifying needs and building long-term relationships
- Organizing individual inspections, open days and presenting objects (in the office or in developed
- Coordinate the entire sales process from the first contact to the signing of the contract
- Administer the sales process in the CRM system and ensure orderly data management
- Market monitoring and involvement in the development process of new projects
- Representing the company at real estate events and maintaining relations with customers and partners

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, insurance
- Experience working with CRM or other internal systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Result-oriented, independent and responsible
- Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and work in a structured manner
- Driver's license and own car
