Nature of work
- Sale of real estate objects (apartments, houses, commercial premises, plots) developed and managed by the company;
- Actively search for new clients using various sales channels;
- Administer real estate advertisements and cooperate with the marketing team;
- Consult existing and new clients regarding real estate objects;
- Organize and conduct inspections of real estate objects;
- Maintain contact with clients, conduct negotiations and achieve sales results;
- Coordinate transaction conditions, prepare contracts and coordinate their signing;
- Manage the process of attracting clients and selling, administer the sales process in the CRM system.
Employee requirements
- Sales experience (preferably at least 2 years);
- Ability to work with various real estate objects - apartments, houses and land plots;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and representation skills;
- Result orientation, initiative and responsibility;
- Independence, organization and efficiency;
- Ability to manage several sales processes simultaneously;
- Category B driver's license (required for inspections of objects).
